    Hello i have a xbox one x it keeps crashing and comeing up with a long error starting with E105 then forces me to reset to factory defalts also it wont save games and keeps frezing any ideas or advice please

    This is the second time I have had to send my XBOX ONE X off for repairs. Games not downloading, E105 error codes and other error codes. Just want something that works. I also have been with XBOX since day one I hope they fix this.

    Try performing the factory reset, but if it fails please visit our Device Support page in order to setup a repair.

    As XBF Lance J mentioned. If the factory reset doesn't resolve the problem. Unfortunately, you're more than likely going to need to

    create a repair order     for your console...

    These were the system errors I was getting E200 000000EF 00000000 and E105 00000000 8007045D. My Xbox One X would freeze and it the loading screen for the Xbox One X chip video would be lagging and out of sync with audio and video. I would also get something
