Xbox One X Error Code: 0x8007045D 0x00000000 0x90070007

I've been trying to troubleshoot an xbox, and it just refused to fully update. Once it gets to the forced update screen I can only choose to shut off the xbox or start the update, all the sidebar options won't move, and I can't make any other selections.

Once I start the update it's fine up until like 60 percent then it gives me that error code "there was a problem with the update". the error code look up comes up with an xbox 360 error, so no luck there.

I've made attempts to do the cache reset, and I think i've been doing it right, but still nothing. I've unplugged it and left it for 5 min, and tried again, and nothing.

I think I'm doing the factory reset wrong, or I've done it right, and it refuses to go to the screen so I can format it, or reset all the settings or whatever.

currently I'm trying to update it via ethernet.

Hi Bare,

Thanks for keeping us updated. You may want to try an
offline update. This will require internet on a PC but not on the console for the update as it will be on a USB.

maybe you need make the Hard Reset to fix it

Is this xbox a 360 og S X?

Have you reset the router?
