    Xbox One X Enhanced question


    Hi. I haven't played Xbox in probably a year and a half so I may just not be up on changes.

    I have an Xbox One X and I just downloaded Marvel's Avengers. I see Marvel's Avengers listed as a Xbox One X enhanced game on the list online.

    However, when I go to my Games & Apps section, applying the filter for Xbox One X Enhanced games does not show Marvel's Avengers. All of my previous games though are under that filter.

    I have verified that the Keep game up-to-date and the Download 4K assets boxes are checked. I have downloaded the game twice now.

    Looking online, there should be an option inside the game Settings -> Display to select Performance Mode or 4K but I don't have that. The game also does not look 4K quality either (I do have a 4K TV).

    All of that is making me think for some reason I don't have the Xbox One X Enhanced version? Anyway to fix this or is this just how the game is?

    Hi, any game listed as "Xbox One X Enhanced" will work on the Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X. Playing a game that is enhanced on the Xbox One X, you'd see improvements such as greater detail, steadier/higher framerates, and generally stronger performance-

    An Xbox One S will not download the game enhancements for an Xbox One X.

    As it clearly states in the store "Xbox One X Enhanced", not Xbox One S.

    HI,

    This an Xbox One X enhanced game. But to get the enhancement you'll need either a Xbox One X or either one of the newer Series X|S machines. The Series S is a digital only console though.

    On an original Xbox One or One S, it will be the BC 360 game with no enhanced graphics.

    You'll get access to an enhanced version regardless of disc or digital, but you need the right console to be able play the enhanced version.
