Xbox One X, Elder Scrolls Online 'Tamriel Unlimited' Opening Crash

So, I have had this issue ever since I bought the copy in person every time I open the game it says and I quote "Something went wrong, Please give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering 0x80073cf6 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.
You may find help for your task here on Xbox. From Home, press the menu button on your controller, then choose Help." I've tried going to the website mentioned prior on both my iPhone and Laptop multiple times, but each time it says the same thing, "Sorry!
No Support articles were found for "0x80073cf6"."

Please help as soon as possible.

Please help me with this query.

The game is
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited and my friend purchased the
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Imperial Edition - Preorder.

All game features work in his account but it does not with other profiles.

I tried to use the Explorer pack but my account is not allowed.

Please help me.

I did this, and now when I open the Game it stays open for say 10 seconds then closes with no message..

Hi! If the error still occurs, you will most likely have to perform a factory reset with keeping your games and apps (so that you don't have to install them again): Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

 

Hi there,

You will first was to perform a full shut down of the xbox followed up by a reboot. If this does not resolve the issue you will then want to reboot your modem / router as ESO is an online only title, and this could potentially effect the game's stability.
Should the issue still continue I would recommend removing and re-installing the game

 

Now i'm only getting "This has taken too long to start for some reason" so i think its not just my Wifi being crummy as usual.

hey bud! Sorry about some of the issues. In my experience whenever your console specifies "it took too long to start" in emphasizes that your console is not receiving enough download speed or there might be a clog or glitch between your router and your
Xbox that isn't allowing your network to perform certain tasks. Here's a link for some
