Xbox one X écran noir

Bonjour,

Depuis hier au bout d’un certain temps ma console deviens lente, et quand j’essaye de la redémarrer l’ecran Reste noir, la console a 3 mois, je voulais savoir si c’etait SAV direct, c’est ce que je pense

Thanks for your answer, i try power cycle 5 Times, but dosen’t work.

For a factor reset i Need acces too menu and i can’t...

 

You can try the troubleshooter on startup.

Do like this:

- Fully turn off console;

- Push and hold BIND and EJJECT BUTTON, and at same time, while holding this 2 buttons, turn on the console on the xbox button;

- If you can see the menu, you can see a option to do a factory reset, if still the screen is black, could be a hardware issue, and you gonna to contact official xbox support.
