Xbox One X (Eclipse Edition) will not power on.

So i last used my One X a few weeks ago. I played for a few hours, turned off the console, and haven’t turned it on since. I went to play again today, and when I hit the power button, nothing happened. No xbox light, no power on chime, nothing. The only
thing of note that happens is a *very* slight buzzing noise from near where the power cable connects to the console. The buzzing is constant, until I unplug the cable.

I’m really not sure what to do here, as I’ve already tried to reset the PSU by unplugging/replugging the cable.

Any ideas?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issue with console not turning on. I suggest the guide for
console not powering on. If it still will not turn on, you can go to
device support. Here you can register console, check warranty status, and set up a repair. Try all the steps and let us
know.

Same thing with my Xbox One S minus the noise. Have you tried syncing it with your controller and then turning it on by holding down the Xbox Logo button on it?

Luckily, my wife won an Eclipse edition Xbox One X from the latest Taco Bell giveaway. Thank you TB and MS for running that promotion. I decided to give my old One X to a buddy of mine that had only a PS4 and a switch. I let him know about the issue
and he didn't care as it is basically a "digital only" version of the X now. Plus side, my son's games now work great again and my friend is now playing games on Xbox.

There is no xbox one x edition it's just xbox one version

There is no x or one requirement for Xbox one games. Xbox one x has more power that's it

Series consoles have more powrr in spades from xbox one

And there is no xbox one series x

Just xbox series s or x
