Xbox one x e105 fault UK

So my Scorpio Edition one x developed a a startup fault about 4 weeks after delivery. This was outside the 30 day return policy of the shop i got it from and as a result iwas told to deal with microsoft.

Microsoft agreed that they would replace the console and this would take 3-7 business days. I waited a few days and did not see any progress when i chack the order so contacted suppprt again. I was then told it will be 7-10 business days. After 10 business
days i still had no replacement and when i made contact with support they then said up to 28 business days but they were out of stock and awaiting new consoles.

I asked to make a complaint but was told there is no complaints department so this was not possible. An e-mail had been forwarded to a manager but to date i have not received a reply.

I rang Microsoft today to see if i could request a standard one x only to be told they are also out of stock and they could not tell me when new stock would arrive.

This is by far the worst customer experience i have ever had. I spent £450 on a console i can't use and have no idea when it will be resolved. To top it off there's no procedure for making a complaint. It seems like incompetence of the highest level.

For those looking to buy a new xbox one x, be careful. Microsoft will happily take your money but so very little when that product develops a fault.

is microsoft going to fix the error code E105 on the xbox one x. You know the faulty console people are paying 500 dollars for

 

Confused with sending of xbox

Hi guys I'm a little confused of what I'm doing. A few days ago I ended up getting the E105 Error after updating my xbox. Yesterday I set up a repair thing to send off my xbox one x. Iv printed the label and boxed the console up. What are the next steps?
I live in the UK. Do I wait for UPS to come and collect the package?
