XBox One X E105 00000000 8007045D error

Decided to post this to bring some attention to the issue as I am unable to pull anything relevant to it on here.

Long story short, the Xbox One X -regardless of Scorpio Edition or not- seems to be having a fatal error. :"E105 00000000 8007045D error" to be exact. Symptoms include errors: "There is a problem with your saved games", Freezing, and the famous "E105 00000000
8007045D error". After hours on the phone with MS Support attempting the following troubleshooting steps: Hard reset (hold Xbox button down for 10 seconds), Disconnecting power completely for an extended amount of time, Eliminating power strips, Eliminating
external HD, Clearing local Xbox 360 Games, Clearing all local saved games, Soft and Hard factory reset. Some of these can help remedy the issues temporarily however will ultimately resurface with a vengeance. Unfortunately my Xbox is bricked at this point.
Apps freeze, games freeze, home freezes. After said issues with freezing, naturally one will reboot and find "something went wrong E105 00000000 8007045D error" on startup and unfortunately there is no remedy at this point -at least that MS Support knows of.

Again, just trying to help bring attention to this issue as I know there are others out there suffering from this as well.

Yes, I apologize I was unclear with my statement, but when I stated "hard reset" I was referring to a 'Factory Reset'. Yes, I tried 3 factory resets and the error did not resolve.

 

It's ok. Now if already attempt those steps do you give a try other network (yes, take console another house and use it and check if face same issue.

If that does not solve the issue repair might be required.

 

Try other network to verify if does not work send it for repair.

No, it definitely wasn't the network. I had to have the Xbox replaced.

Yes i had to have my hardware replaced. Xbox was essentially bricked.

 

Yes, this problem is happening Wordwide because I am from Brazil and today I opened a service request with MS to repair/change my second Xbox One X (Scorpio Edition) with the exactly error that you described.

I read that the problem can be a hardware failure, problably the HD...A factory reset "resolve" the issue for some days because the issue came back in some days...

 

The short and sweet answer for E105 is create a repair ticket with MS and send it in for repair. I have no idea what causes it, although I have a hunch that its hard drive failure. I got mine back and SO FAR its been alright. Best of luck though with
yours, by chance are you part of the insider program? Those beta builds wreak havoc as well.

 

I just had to send mine in last week for this issue. Is your console still working properly after getting it back from repairs? And how long did it take approximately?

I'm a bit concerned about getting a fairly system back that was properly repaired, as I've read a number of posts online about it happening to people.
