Xbox One X E102 Error Constantly Cycling. Not able to find a fix

How do I fix System Error E102 00000C0E 80070091 on an Xbox One X. The help that I find online mentions a bind button but I don't believe my system has that?

Also, I must say I've owned several Playstations including the 4 and never had as many problems as with the Xbox. This is making me re-think my decision to move to the Xbox platform.

You need to have a look on this
troubleshoot, and choose Error E102, but for what i looked for you will need to do a reset using the Startup Troubleshooter. In that link, after you choose error e102 you will find the procedure to run the startup Troubleshooter.

Let us know if you be able to do it, and if worked.

Usually, this error occur upon startup or during OS updates. Basically, this error message indicate there is an issue with your Xbox One S system update process. To fix the E102 error, you need to update your console
offline.
