Xbox One X Dsiconnecting from WiFi

On Black Friday I purchased a new Xbox One X as my original model Xbox One was slowing down and having other problems. Out of the box it began disconnecting from the wifi every hour or so, but its gotten to the point where it disconnects every 10-15 minutes.
I’ve gone through every recommended fix provided by Microsoft and none of them work. I am certain it is an issue with the Xbox, not my connection or ISP. What should I do? And if there are no fixes, how do I get a new one with my warranty?

If you have gone through the Network Connection Troubleshooting page and you are still having issues, you may want to consider there may
be a hardware issue. You can either go back to the retailer you purchased the console from and see what they can offer you.

Alternatively you could make a claim under your warranty by going to the Device service and replacement page.

i've tried it on my phone and It's the only device that the controller doesn't dsiconnect on

StaceyQR.

It's my wifi won't connect to my xbox everything else works fine on the wifi but the wifi won't connect to my xbox one x

If the settings or preferences options that were previously described are not available on your XBOX One X console, there are other ways you can try to stop a device from casting to it on a wifi network.

One option is to change your wifi network settings to prevent the device from connecting to the network altogether. Another option is to disable casting on the device itself, if possible.

To change your wifi network settings, you can access your router's admin page and block the MAC address of the device you want to stop from casting. This will prevent the device from connecting to the wifi network and thus prevent it from casting to the XBOX One X console.

To disable casting on the device, you can check the settings or preferences options of the device itself. If there is an option to disable casting, you can select it and the device will no longer be able to cast to any device on the wifi network, including the XBOX One X console.

If neither of these options works, you may need to consult the user manual or contact customer support for the device or the XBOX One X console for further assistance.
