Xbox one X download stopped with every game I try

First and foremost... I have been researching this problem on the internet and have tried all the solutions there.

I used the Offline System Update 1 and now my last system update is "12/31/1600 at 6:00 PM"

When I try to install through the disk, I get no error code just "installation stopped"

When I try to install through the Microsoft store, I get error code: 0x8007045D

I can resume the download and it will continue about 1% before I run into the issue.

PLEASE send help, I just bought this system and have not been able to play anything.

side note:

I have been loyal to play station, but decided to give Microsoft a try because of the backwards compatibility offered.

So far I am extremely disappointed...

Soft Reset xbox one

Let's try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up. then try to download.

I would try a factory reset or clearing your system cache.

Are you an Xbox Preview member on a new dashboard? I had this issue a while back and it was because of the dashboard.
