    Hello everyone!

    I have a problem, since I bought my Xbox One X( 4 days ago ), when I try to download something ( no matter what ), everytime the internet speed goes up to 100-200mbs then back to 0mbs.. I follow the steps online so I reset the router, I factory reset the
    xbox 5 times ( I really don t know why 5 times lol ), the connection it s wired, and still the same issue, my friend got an Xbox aswell, he was downloading fine before but after the last update it makes the same like mine, I will drop you one video and one
    photo with my problem, if can anyone help me please I can t play anything and I don t think it s from my Xbox it s brand new.. thank you very much appreciate for that who read it
