    Xbox One X Download Queue Icon


    Under store in the games subsection top right corner to the left of the search. This download icon has showed an update ready by indicating a number 1. There's nothing in my queue for download and I haven't bought any games or apps to be downloaded to indicate
    like it is. If I go to the icon it of course takes me to a clean games update folder. Any thoughts?

    When I goto the download queue on Sign in to your Microsoft account is shows the download queue for the Xbox 360. Where is the download queue
    for the Xbox One?

    RE: Downloading marketplace content issue.

    When it says "Can't Download", is the game removed entirely from your active download queue, or does it go to the bottom area with some kind of "!" icon?

    Let's have you try temporarily
    removing your profile     (please ensure you remember your account login information before doing this),

    power cycling     your Xbox One console and router/modem, and then signing back into your profile.

    Yes it did. After removing my account and restoring it removed the problem. Turned out that the store app itself had an update but didn't show in my download queue or updates. Thanks!

    Its with my xbox one x too i had to cancel all the games in queue and then go to the store on the game and download it there i hope this was helpful
