XBOX ONE X DOWNLOAD ISSUES.

I am having issues downloading a new game where the install repeatedly stops every 60 seconds. i have restarted my internet. restarted my xbox. Did a complete factory reset of the xbox and nothing has been working.
i know are internet speed is perfectly fine due to we have another xbox and gaming pc that are having no problems.

Could it be an issue on my internet provider's end specifically affecting my Xbox One X? As I have my classic Xbox One plugged in along side my Xbox One X and can see it still performing downloads at a significantly faster speed then my Xbox One X.

So the game I have been originally trying to install is anthem. Now I just tried installing Forza horizon 4 and still has the same issue

Can you do us a favor and try installing a completely different game or app just so we can see or

determine if it's an issue with the actual game or Xbox console? (How to install games on Xbox One) And maybe, if you have another

application or game install successfully, hopefully that'll resolve the current issue that you're dealing with.

Hello Yeti,

Sorry for the issue with downloading the game. If you are wireless, you can try and go wired. Wireless there are many things that can cause interference. Also being that you have multiple consoles and other devices, your router may not be able to handle
all of the devices. Try shutting down the other console and install see if it works. If it does you may want to upgrade your router. Personally had to upgrade my router when I got a third Xbox.

Hey SeabassTheGr899. You are not the first person to have this problem, sorry to hear about it. You could have an issue with your MAC filtering also have you tried a hard reset on your console?
