XBox One X don't read original Bluray

Hello,

My XBox One X don't read original Blurays from some months ago.

I had proved using other Bluray, reset my XBox One X, delete and reinstalled the Bluray Reader application and it didn't work.

I had 50% of free space in the HD.

What can I see in the screen?

The Bluray Reader application start its blue bluray logo screen (I tried to insert the disc and recognised it and to start manually the application. The result it the same in both cases), the circle that means the disk is being reading start to spin, it
reached the first half of the circle and stop. In that moment freezes and I had toget out of the application.

Today I installed a new actualization of XBox software and it all the same.

All the games discs works perfectly.

What can I do?

Hi Antonine,

Thanks for the updates on what you have done. We recommend to try and clear the persistent storage and see if able to play after that.
Go to settings>Disc and blu ray> blu ray>persistent storage and clear three times. Once you do that

power cycle the console, once on then try a movie disk.

All that I can say you is:

This problem start some months ago. The same movies I saw before I can't see it now (so the region isn't the problem).

I have no access to another XBox but the discs haven't got scratches (no one of the dozens of movies I have) and it's easily read in my PC, in a Bluray reader for TV and in any other machine I have that can read it.

No one movie is played and I had see all of them in the XBox (we are speaking about 156 movies).

All the discs are clean (is the first thing I did and the second I searched for scraches).

It could be that the 156 movies breaks without an apparent reason but its difficult to believe it to me.

I don't know but what is more surprising to me is that one day I see a movie and the next day no one movie was played by the XBox (and I assure that I see all of them in other players). Even I see a 4K movie in my XBox that now I can't play.

Don't you know what can it be apart of the most common troubles?

you don't know how much I thank you that solution. That was the problem.

Maybe you don't believe me that I had that problem since February and I don't find the solution until now.

Two friends tell me that I was wasting my time asking here but now I know they don't know what are talking about.
