XBOX ONE X Dolby Vision Issue

I am having an issue with playing content in Dolby Vision on my Xbox One X console. When I enable the Dolby Vision setting in the "Display and Sound" menu and the "Video Modes" sub-menu on the Xbox and then try to use the Netflix app, I will see a static
screen that will also interminitly drop signal until I cease using the app. My setup is an Xbox ONE X console connected to a Sony DN 1080 Receiver using the HDMI cable provided with the console to a LG B7 TV. I also have an Apple TV 4k Device that has no
issues playing dolby vision content that uses an Amazon Basics HDMI Cable. I have tried switching the HDMI cables and still have issues with the XBOX ONE X using the amazon basics HDMI cable instead of the cable provided with the xbox. Additionally, the Apple
TV 4k will work without issue using either the amazon basics cable or the HDMI cable provided with the XBOX ONE X console. So this eliminates the possibility that this could be an HDMI cable related issue. All devices have been updated to their newest configurations.
Also I have a similar static issue with the Xbox ONE X when I select the YCC 4:2:2 setting even without using dolby vision. I have also tried substituting a Onkyo TX-NR585 receiver for the the Sony DN 1080 and still have this issue with the Dolby Vision
and YCC 4:2:2 setting. When I plug the Xbox one X console directly into the tv I do not have this issue but this is not a solution because I would like to use a receiver so that I can use my home theatre system. I believe there is a handshake issue between
the receivers and the XBOX ONE X console passing through Dolby Vision and YCC 4:2:2 content that can only be fixed through a future XBOX software update. Thank you for reading my post and please let me know if you have any additional questions.
