    XBox one X doesnt see wireless networks


    I think the wireless adapter on my xbox one X failed, tried all of the trouble shooting the support page offers, tells me I need to start a repair ticket, but it takes me in circles; phone number tells me to go to xbox.com/help, and I'm back to where I
    started. How do I get help?

    Sorry to hear it. You can set up a repair for your console at https://devicesupport.microsoft.com. If you're unable to set up the repair there then please go to https://support.xbox.com and click on Contact Us and start a chat. Ask to be escalated to
    a Microsoft Advocate.

    Don't let the expert tell you to go back to the Support page. Tell them to escalate you because they can do that. If they do not then you can leave a red face on the chat. lol

    Can the Xbox see the WiFi network under the “Set up wireless network” in the Xbox Network settings?

    Which Xbox do you have? Xbox One, S or X? 360?

    When you say recently moved, is this to a place with a new WiFi router or the same one you brought with you?
