XBox One X does not start on powering on

Well, folks, I am back with another problem with my XBox One X. The blasted machine has hardly worked fine even for a month without giving me any trouble.

This time, it simply won't power on. Here's the full history of the last 2 months:





I was facing a problem with the console where it would boot but keep showing an error 8B0500B6, which I could not even find in the Error codes listed by Microsoft on the support site. This would happen because of an update that wont get installed. So, i
reset the console umpteen times, hard resetting it too, removing all the games and apps. But the console kept cycling between booting up fine, freezing up, being forced restart, and then getting stuck at this screen.

Eventually, after umpteen resets, this problem seemed to go away. I also switched from WiFi to a Wired connection. Maybe, that helped with the update. Not sure. I could use the console happily for 2 days, and when I force-checked for any updates remaining
to be installed, I saw that my current update was from the seventeenth century.





I ignored it, went ahead and installed Dishonored 2 from the Game Pass. Waited a few hours for it to get installed, launched it and was welcomed by a black screen. The screen did not change for almost 2 hours. There was no sound. The console's power light
was on.

Fearing that the console had frozen up again, I powered it off by long-pressing the console button. When I switched it back on, there was no display and the console auto-switched off in 5-10s. And that is what is happening since then.

When I try to force-reset it by pressing Bind+Eject+Console, I don't hear two chimes in spite of however long I may keep holding these buttons. I get an immediate first chime, followed by a slight mechanical whirring sound after some 5-7s and after that
nothing happens.

I don't think there is any more life left in my console. I regret spending so much money and buying a One X. The machine hardly survived a month without needing a reset, even though I took every necessary precaution about where it is placed and used.

I have never regretted buying anything ever so much. If only I could return this and get my money back. I'd happily switch to a Playstation.
