XBOX ONE X does not recognize CYBERPUNK 2077 DISK 2

well i finally got my cyberpunk 2077

on two disks

first i put in disk 1

took like 4 hours to install disk 1

and now it keeps asking disk 2

i keep putting disk 2 in

but the xbox just does not recognize it

it keeps asking me to put disk 2 in

i keep putting it in

nothing happens !!

i put some other games in (they work fine)

i put disk 1 in it works fine

but somehow xbox does not recognize disk 2

it's like xbox forgot to validate disk 2 when installing this game to xbox or something ..

because its like xbox does not know this ..

disk one works .. disk 2 is supposed to work

but now 3 hours later

i restarted my xbox

i did the clear cashe of xbox one by holding down the power button

i entred other games that just worked the first time ..

disk 1 works perfectly

but you cannot play this game because it will not install without disk 2 ..

its been stuck on 80% installation for 3 hours now

and disk 2 is still not being recognized by xbox one

it keeps saying

insert the next disk

we need disc 2 to continue. (0x87e00067)

and no matter what i try

it does not wanna read disk 2 ..

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I am sorry to know about the disk situation, but I want you not to worry about it because I am here to help you out! Given into consideration that all the other disks work fine, the issue
could be from the disk itself, so I would like to ask you where you bought your disk from because you will have to get in touch with the retailer in case none of the troubleshooting steps help? Before going through the disk troubleshooting steps, I would like
you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and perform a quick power cycle just to make sure that everything is just fine with your network and Xbox system:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your
console.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500
(UDP).

Hello Lourens,

Thank you for your post. The Xbox One X Cyberpunk 2077 Limited edition console's features are cosmetic meaning the console will have a 1TB Hard disk drive.

If you buy the digital version of Cyberpunk 2077 I do believe you get it on both One and Series X, if that's what your wondering

There's some big rumors going around that I'm hearing, that Cyberpunk 2077 will launch same day as the Xbox Series X, if true, then for me, if i was to buy Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox, it would be pointless to buy it for Xbox One, as I'm getting the Xbox Series
X on launch day and i will be trading in my Xbox One X for some Series X games on the same day.

Again, if the rumors are true, then we already have the release date for Series X, even though Microsoft has yet to reveal the release date on the Series X other than ( "Holiday 2020" ).

I'll be getting Cyberpunk 2077 for my 4K Gaming PC, that already out performs the Xbox Series X, I'm wanting Cyberpunk 2077 to look it's best when i get it and my PC will offer that.

Not that it wont look good on Series X, Which I'm sure it will still look amazing, but I'm choosing to play it on the platform that offers the best performance, which is my PC.
