XBOX one x do not show xbox logo and then start

It is likely you have the Instant-on mode enabled, that way your console only sleeps when it's "turned off" and does not actually shut down 100%. This way when you turn it back on it is ready to start a game right away. You can change that in the settings.

Also with the Instant-on mode enabled, you can still see the Xbox intro by power cycling/restarting your console. You can do that by holding the power button on the console for a few seconds. It will restart and once it is back on, it should play the Xbox
intro.

It didnt appear, i have enabled the sleep mode and reseted the console

A common cause of that is the bootanim.dat file being missing from the internal drive, which is basically a video file that plays as the console is booting up.

Have you recently made any changes to your console, such as doing an offline update, or replacing the internal hard drive? Are you in the insider program and if so, did this issue coincide with an update being installed on your console? Once or twice in the past, they have rolled out insider updates that break the start-up animation, then it'll get fixed in the next update.

- Which sleep mode did you select for your console?

- Is your console's sleep mode set to "Standby"? that could potentially explain why your console is not displaying the startup screen. You can verify this by going to Settings > General > Sleep mode & startup > Sleep mode.

- If that is not the case, then please do a soft factory reset to refresh your console's OS. You can do this by going to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset console > Keep games and apps.

Just keep in mind you will need an internet connection and your account details (email and password) to complete this process.

*** Resetting your console to its factory defaults erases all accounts, saved games, settings, and home Xbox associations. Anything not synchronized with Xbox Live will be lost. If your console has been constantly connected to the internet and Xbox Live services, your saved data should be backed up on the cloud.
