xbox one x disconnects from internet wired and wireless

Right...I bought my xbox one x about 5 months ago was really excited and then decided to go out and buy a new 55 inch 4k tv to go with it. first few weeks no issues that i can think of, very happy with my purchase, then the xbox started to disconnect from
the internet every few days for less than a minute, not really an issue, something i could live with. It then became everyday and then it became 3/4 times a day and the final straw came when in the space of 1 hour it disconnected twice.

i took it back to where i'd bought it from and swapped it out for a new one, again first few weeks no problems what-so-ever a few minor scares i.e my internet going off for the night and xbox live having problems but no signs of any issues...then it happened,
first time i put it down to bad connection, nothing serious then it happened again and again and now im sat here typing this out contemplating as to just get rid of my one x and just play on my playstation instead.

couple of facts as well... the xbox is situated at the back end of my house upstairs and my router is downstairs to the front of the house so when its not connected through wifi i have it running on a powerline. problem still happens whether on wifi or wired,
here's the fun bit if im on wifi and it disconnects it can take a little while for it to reconnect, if i plug the ethernet cable into the back of the one x it immediately reconnects same with it being wired and disconnects, unplug the ethernet cable and it
goes straight back on.

Nothing else in the house has any problems with staying connected to the internet, and we're talking 3 laptops, 3 phones, playstation 4, playstation 3 and my original xbox one elite never had an issue either.

it's nothing short of annoying knowing i've bought a brand new tv just for "the world's most powerful console" and the console has a major issue that stops me from staying online.

Xbox one x keeps disconnecting from live and network whether its wired or wireless playing pretty much any game title, would love to know how to fix this

 

Random disconnections from xblox live but not pc internet?

"My xbox is connected by wire and computer is running wireless."

I currently have it connected via wire. Wireless or not it still has random disconnects.

And i know im not fully disconnected from the internet because i can sign back in right away.

Getting your Xbox console or Kinect sensor serviced.
