My Problem

Xbox One X disconnecting from internet at random times while playing games

My Setup

I have an Xbox One and an Xbox One X right next to each other with 2 TVs. The old Xbox One never has this issue.

What I've done

I sent in my Xbox to Microsoft twice and they say nothing is wrong with it. Before sending it in the second time, customer support asked me to try manually selecting a different port on the xbox's internet settings. That didn't fix it.

Then I logged in to my router and enabled port forwarding. The issue persisted. Then I logged on to our Comcast profile, found the xbox one x on our devices list, and enabled xbox one live port forwarding, which sets up all the ports that Microsoft recommends.
The issue persisted. Then I remembered I had my port selection on manual from before so I put it back to automatic but the issue persisted.------

I can't tell you how so absolutely frustrated to the max I am right now. Can anyone help me?

Just out of curiosity. How many people are using the same internet in your household? Have you tried a wired connection if possible? People confuse "fast" internet with "strong" internet all the time.

Usually, port forwarding "only" improves the ability to connect to online multiplayer games.

Your console disconnecting should not be caused by (not) port forwarding.

Is your console connected wirelessly or via ethernet cable? Just to rule out wireless interference, can you connect your console(s) with a wired ethernet connection just for troubleshooting and testing purposes?

If the disconnections persist, can you start your PC, and open up a command prompt (or on Mac/Linux a terminal window)?

On Windows simply press Windowskey+R and type "cmd" then press OK.

In the terminal/command prompt window type:

ping www.google.com -t

(if you use a Mac or Linux, omit the "-t" parameter).

When your console(s) disconnect, do the numbers in the ping response change significantly? Or do you even get error messages in your ping output?

Regarding port forwarding, I was going off of
this post on how it could solve my problem.

Right now it is wireless and I could try moving my xbox to the room with my router to see if a wired connection solves the problem.

I'll try that command prompt thing next time I can.

The only people on the internet are me and my GF. And yeah I think a wired connection could solve the issue so we might buy a ~50 foot ethernet cable.

Now its happening to Destiny 2 now game freeze then closed my overpriced useless xbox one x off again.

It about time the [Mod removed- inappropriate] at Microsoft got off there
