Xbox one x disc tray issue

just got my Scorpio edition all set up went to pop in the new forza 7 game I bought and the disc tray didn’t pull in the disc. Me thinking it was a new feature I pushed the disc in where it became lodged. Now the disc motor isn’t working on my brand new
system and I have a brand new game stuck. Customer service told me to return the system to Best Buy but when asking about the game there was no solution. At this point the game is lodged in the system I literally tried everything to get it out safely. Last
resort used a pair of pliers to get the game out. I returned my Scorpio edition and hadn’t to settle for a regular edition despite having it preordered for months. No big deal there. Got the new system hom now and it works fine. Now the real issue is that
forza won’t play. I cannnot return the game from where I bought it. I called support and they say “there’s nothing they can do” I’m to just buy another game. So instead of owning up to their mistake I the consumer have to pay. Just want to say thanks Microsoft
for not helping me at all.

My Xbox 360 won't read some discs. Help?

I am having trouble with my xbox (My xbox is one of the older versions not the slim one) reading discs. It says "open tray" almost everytime I insert a disc. The weird thing is that It's not having any issues when I try to play Halo 3,Halo 4 and NBA 2k12 . But when I try to play some of my others games like NBA 2k13,Battlefield 3 (This one is brand new) ,GTA IV,MW2,Bioshock 2 my xbox won't read the disc or after opening and closisng the tray a lot of times it will read the games but then I get the "Disc is Unreadable." message after a few minutes. Does anyone else have experienced this issue?
