    So.. i got home from work and saw i needed a system update in my xbox. Cool no problem initiate update and go make some dinner. I come back my display is all dim and att the settings are the same. Now keep in mind. The display was perfect before the update. WHY IS MY SCREEN DIM!!!??? I tried to reset the console didnt work. What changed?

    Same here. Xbox one dims while watching game of thrones on HBO Now. This started happening right after the HBO Now received an update. Please HELP.

    My HBO NOW app will dim the screen after watching a movie/episode for 10 minutes or so, and I have to move the joystick or press on the controller to get it to not dim. This only started after the last update. Please fix

    My one dims too after 10 minutes.. Doesn't matter if it's HBO, YouTube, twitch, casting, it dims.

    So dumb.

    Concerns about the reported problems about the Xbox One X Project Scorpio Edition.

    Mine has been fine as well. My xos had many issues vs one reboot with the x.

    With my Xbox one s it constantly needed to be rebooted, sometimes even after booting it. The Kinect with the adapter rarely if ever worked and the external hd didn’t show up always either.

    On my Xbox one x scorpio edition the only issues was one time the screen dimmed and the pop up didn’t show. After a reboot it has been fine ever since.
