just wanted to let you know that I had a chat today with the support team and they extended my Game Pass subscription by 2 month, exactly the time that I wasn't able to use Game Pass as I had no console during repair.

Probably not, but, since its through the retailer they should have done something on their end to get something from MS.

I've sent in consoles for repair, and I've gotten usually one month of Gold for my trouble. They are not obligated to do so, but they might. That said, if they were going to, they'd have included it in the package they shipped back to it. Maybe you'll
get a second chance through Support.

Thank you for replying back. In this instance I would recommend for you to contact the retailer to see if they can assist you with this issue as it was not directly handled by Xbox/Microsoft but by a Third Party Retailer. I understand that they might've
sent it to us but they are the ones that you first initially created the repair order with.

Now, if you want, you can try to
Contact Support to see if they can possibly assist you with this. However, it is not guaranteed that they'll be able to as I mentioned before this was handled by a third party retailer.
