Xbox One X - Devices Disconnecting

Hi there. I am having issues with devices randomly disconnecting on my Xbox One X (Not Series X). I recently upgraded from the original Xbox One and am noticing that all my devices that were working on it, are now struggling to stay connected to the Xbox One X.

I noticed this when using my new Xbox Elite 2 controller on the Xbox One X. It randomly loses connection to the xbox, and after a few moments, it reconnects. However, this is short lived, and eventually it will disconnect again. I thought maybe it was the controller itself, but I have noticed that it doesnt matter what device is being used. Whether it be my wireless headset, or any other wireless controller. All of the ones I tried work just fine on the original Xbox One that I still have.

For reference, the Xbox One X is 5 feet from where my controller/devices are held at.

I have tried looking into this online, but no solution has helped.

I have done these steps.
-Updated firmware on the Elite 2 controller

-Replaced the Elite 2 controller with a new one

-Factory reset the Xbox One X

-Power cycled the Xbox One X

-Moved the Xbox One X to better detect the devices.

-Used the Elite 2 controller with the cable connected. (Still disconnects)

-Updated the Xbox One X firmware

-Rediscovered the Elite 2 controller, multiple times.

-Removed wireless noise from the area.

It appears that it is not the devices that are the problem. My question is, what else can I do to get this fixed?

I see. Since it is happening on multiple devices, it appears to be a hardware issue and the console will need to be repaired.

Hi Jesse. I have had the controller connected by itself without any other device connected, and still get the same issue unfortunately.

Can you turn off and remove the wireless headset and then play games with the controller to see if they disconnect?

I have the same issues its shocking the xbox one x. None of my other devices have the issue either i have an older xbox one that i reconnected in the same room as the x no issues at all, go back to the x and it always disconnects. Its driving me mad the
hard reset hasnt fixed a thing.

When I want to disconnect the electricity from the device, I turn off the device completely through the settings

You should not disconnect the power from the Xbox Series X while it is in sleep or shutdown mode even if the fan does not rotate ???
