Xbox One X delivers ON launch day??

So I pre-ordered the xbox one x, from the Microsoft store on the day it first went on preorder. I have the Scorpio Edition version on pre order.

Does anyone know, will these consoles deliver ON launch day November 7th? I’ve tried twitter and direct to Microsoft store support chat, and none of them can figure out how to give a straight answer.

If I preordered a console the moment it went on sale, I absolutely expect to received it ON launch day.

Brilliant game by the way. Ain't played Halo for awhile so it feels good to be back in the shoes of MC.

Thats the bad thing about delivery. Companies arent meant to trade for it until November 7. Thus it will likely be dispatched on the 7th. Then you got to wait for it to arrive which can be any number of days, then you have to lol chase up after the courier
if youre not home for them. Just go to your local retailer and preorder. Then.... youll be able to pick it up on the day. Retailers in australia and nz are still taking preorders.

 

You'll get it on launch day.

When the xbox one released Microsoft gave some of us a free console.

Mine turned up at 8:30am on release day so if you ordered yours when it was first available then you should get it at some point on release day.

Couriers usually pick the consoles up before launch & keep them stored until they are allowed to deliver them.

Same here, my order is still on "pre order" in my order history. Even if Daft Badger is right and they just hold it back, as a customer i still expect a few days before launch a notification kind of "we finished your order, it will be delivered on November
7th".

But grabbing the cash from your credit card but give you no notification on your order status is an absolute no go, i expect from some shady companies not a billion dollar company done such pre orders not for the first time.

 

There is no gaurantee that your receive it on launch as couriers are very busy and if you arent home yo answer the door all day between 7am and 6pm since its signature required. Vustomers often have to chase up after couriers. Fortunetely i can pick up mine
when eb vames opens at 9am in the morning. i have nothing to do that day so weeeee.

 

I think people know how home delivery works.

As I said in several other threads,shipping emails are now going out over the weekend to people who pre ordered the console in time for release day delivery.

I spent many years working in the transport/delivery business & know how things work.

 

No clue about the MS store but Amazon emailed me yesterday stating my Xbox One X has shipped. There's also this wonderful thing called tracking so I can see where it is each day. (people in NZ may not know this. lol)

It is set to be delivered on Tuesday. EZ PZ.

 

No need to track n trace. My dad gave me the receipt so I can pull a sickie and pick it up from westfield @ 9 a.m. O yea at least we're a day ahead of u. Looks like someone will be late to da party xD

I think he or she will be too busy looking at their watch or phone waiting for the courier to come. 07:00 a.m......... 08:00 a.m........... 09:00 a.m......... 2:00 p.m. ? O no... what's a Card to Call doing in my mailbox.... lazy courier man didn't even
both to come to the front door. You see a bunch of scribbles on the Card to Call. I've had that once when I ordered something

I have class in the morning but study break in the afternoon so can pick it up during lunch or afterwards.

 

lol... I was smarter when I was 10. Some NZs have no clue how it is in the states. The mailman doesn't deliver an Xbox One X ordered from Amazon. I don't have time to explain life to 10 yr olds. Keep posting and sounding like the uninformed beings
you are. Instead of pulling a "sickie" for a console release I think some should get an education. lol

 

Most couriers here text your phone an hour before they're due to deliver so no looking at your watch.

Yet another clueless post by the same people.
