Xbox One X deleting games before the Updates

Investigate the s*it out of it. Today after seeing the update on the screen around 350mb for the Forza Horizon 4 the console deleted the entire game from my hard drive 2nd time now (around 60GB). I'm using an external 256GB SSD connected via USB 3.0 cable.
Not only one game but the new Tomb Raider as well (2 games queued), showing 28.8GB needed to download, this is the entire game again. I heard from several sources HDD problems with X (Scorpio Edition or not, doesn't matter). On the first day I also lost almost
my Scorpio Edition, 5 factory resets and holding down the power button 20 second etc..it started to work again but now I stand in front of another hard disk case. SO TIRED OF THIS. 500 euros and only problems. I do not think my external hard drive is flawed
because it worked for 3-4 years with the One and works even now, except for these compatibility issues or internal bugs (I assume). I need a solution.

Are updates mandatory for Xbox One X?

The Xbox One X Game updates for the 4K HDR content are mandatory. A lot of the game that have been release previously before the Xbox One X release will require an update.

 

System update problem

If this doesnt works,go again to your memory but dont press Y.

Press LB - RB - X - LB - RB - X

With this combination you should delete destroyed updates,or updates with issues.

After deleting via this way you should be asked again for the update.

Have you had any issues with xbox live before you took the update?

When you have got deletet your cache and update,please report further whats going on.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Does this happen with any games that are download to the internal storage?

If a game update becomes cancelled/corrupted during the download then the whole game will uninstall. It's possible then that there is an issue with the network if the Hard drive truly is not at fault.
