Xbox one x defected hdd

I have Xbox one X and am constantly getting message saying

"There is a problem with your saved games - To play you'll need to delete and sync them again. To do this , go to Settings > System > Storage, then select Clear local saved games. They'll be synced from Xbox Live the next time you play this game (0x80831002)

noticing a lot of people have been having trouble with this in the forums as well and seems like the only solution given is to pay for a new xbox or pay to get the defected product repaired by microsoft just wondering why the issue hasn’t been addressed
with a recall as of yet as it seems more and more people are being affected, because by the looks of the number of consoles with this defect it wouldn’t surprise me if there is a class action soon ..

Since it's not a widespread issue and only a select few encounter it they don't need to do a recall. Game saves can be corrupted for many reasons. It may have nothing to do with the hard drive. It could be your internet cutting in and out or glitching. Which
would create a corrupted file. Have you tried clearing local saved games or reinstalling the ones that are giving you issues?

Its not my internet.. the last thread had over 150 people agreeing that they had the same problem before the thread was locked i know thats seems like a small amount but not everybody is bothered enough post on threads, like i said before it needs to be
raised to attention because its not just a one off problem ..

If your xbox one x is still in it's warranty period you can raise a repair case with Microsoft, I am assuming it is out of warranty if you are asking the question? If so it will be a paid for repair I am afraid. It is worth raising a support case

My xbox is still in warrantee but i haven’t received the shipping label is there anyway to re send it?

Im currently trying to do an offline update via usb after receiving an e102 error and not being able to reset my xbox to factory at all, its sad that most of these complaints fall on deaf ears and everyone has been told that a faulty unit should be repaired
from there own pocket, i understand xbox ambassadors are volunteers and are here to help, so how about help raise awareness of this issue..
