    Xbox One X dashboards not working


    I Dont know why but randomly my xbox one x started acting up. The menus work for a little bit but randomly freeze then stop working. sometimes this happens when signing in aswell it will just freeze. I cant play games beacuse my xbox is super slow and freezes. I have cleaned all dust off the xbox and unplugged it from everything. I have even soft factory reset. where i keep downloads but not full factory reset. What should I do Please Help.

    Hi Lincoln!

    This is not the situation I want you to be in. I am afraid that this issue may be caused by your console's hardware components. Some of them may no longer work correctly.

    To further isolate the issue since you've already performed a factory reset by keeping your games and apps, our last resort is to perform a factory reset by removing everything. It could be possible that your games & apps data are causing the issue. To correct them, we need a full factory reset.

    Just make sure that no other external devices are attached to your console to make sure that they're not causing the issue.

    to install a game to your xbox 360, press the x button on the dashboard and choose install then wait (usually 5 - 10 mins). hopefully this will work

    Please bring back the hand gestures on the dashboard, we love it.. please let the feature works for the new consoles xbox one s and xbox one x.

    We recommend to release an update on it, where it should be user friendly.. The people who love it can enable it and people who hate it can disable it.
