Xbox one X dashboard UI lag.

To whom it may concern,

The main user interface lags on the Xbox One. I have not noticed this in any games , just on the Xbox dashboard. Sometimes it doesn't. This is good. Most often it does. This is the opposite of good. Cursor movements with the thumb sticks or D-pad
presses are not input when entered while scrolling the menus, more often taking 3 -5 seconds, by which time I've already moved the thumb sticks or D-pad around looking for a reaction and/or hitting the A button thereby ending up somewhere I totally did not
want to go.

When I had the OG Xbox One, then later the S model, I thought this might be a function of the lack of power of the console itself and it was simply trying to do too much. You know... thinking too hard. Too much on it's plate. When I bought my X,
I had visions of those problems being behind me. I thought scrolling through the dashboard menus would be quicker than greased lightning. Alas, it was not to be. I had assumed that the "most powerful console on the planet" would be above such things. I
assumed incorrectly.

So here I sit, 5 1/2 years into this console generation, watching the same lag strike my browsing through the dashboard menus that ticked me off in my original XBone days. I finally decided to throw caution to the wind to see if there are any ideas
floating around that might help. Maybe someone from Microsoft actually sees this thing and responds. I know I'm not the only one with this issue as my grown sons tell me the same thing.

P.S. While we're here, and assuming Microsoft gets wind of this, can we get an indicator of which games on my console are digital copies and which require a disk so I know what's what in advance. There are well north of 200 games on my various hard drives.
It's a quality of life issue. Sony can do it. I would hope your techies have the necessary chops.
