    Xbox one X dash


    Hi

    I am having an issue where I only get black tiles on mixer, gamepass and the store on the dashboard. I have hard reset, reinstalled profile to no avail.

    Internet connection is hardwired and fine for online gaming, party etc.

    Any ideas?

    Who spends time on the dash? Play a game! Also, I'm pretty sure no one has decided they need an Xbox One X because of the dash. Xbox one X dash :p

    Hi Javie_uk,

    Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. Since you have already tried restarting the console and removing and reinstalling your profile with the same issue occurring, you may wish to attempt a soft

    factory reset to the console     that will remove any potentially damaging file from the console's operating system that may be causing this.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select All Settings.
    4. Select System.
    5. Select Console info.
    6. Select Reset console.
    7. Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

    I hope that this helps out and please let us know the results.

    Thanks, I will try and let you know. I just put another profile on and that worked ok! Strange. Mine still had the same issue

    Reset the console and is still the same. Also noticed it doesnt show my ready to install games anymore.

    Hello Javie_uk!

    I understand you're having trouble with the pictures in the dashboard, store, and in the Mixer App is that right? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Mixer? Also you may want to try fully rebooting your console and internet equipment. Safely power
    down the console and router/modem then fully unplug them from their power source for at least 5 minutes. After the time's passed you should let the networking equipment boot up all the way first (with its lights back to normal) then plug in the Xbox One and
    try it again. Let us know with a reply
