Xbox one x dash board

When I have problems with the dash board , I press the home button (X button in the middle of the controller) and it loads the dash board

try reinstalling dash board update that was a member of xbox staff told me

if you ant to try it go to where your it say hard drive and press LB RB X LB RB X then yes

test connection when your xbox comes back on and your xbox will install the new dash board update

THIS WILL NOT DELETE ANY DOWNLOADED DATA SUCH AS MAP PACKS OR GAMES

I wanted to ask, Is this a hard disc game or digital game?

Are you experiencing this same issue with any other games of just Fallout 76?

If all your other games work fine and you're only having problems with this one game then it's most likely a game developer (servers) issue.

Let us know. The more information you provide the better we are to determine what's causing this issue.

The next step would be to reset the console again but this time go with the [DELETE EVERYTHING] option instead of the [Keep my Games and Apps] option. That's the most extreme troubleshooting that you can perform on your console.

ThorX360 I tried what you suggested to no avail, so after all said and done it must be on Bethesda side just another

hi all I am in need of some help this is what is happening high every time i load fallout 76 game to play with in minutes it freezes, and goes back to the Xbox x dashboard, i have done the clear local saves, power cycle the Xbox,
up dated the Xbox x, and deleted the game, and it still goes back to the dash board is there any thing I can do to fix this as it has been doing this since the last update thanks

I suggest you perform a Factory Reset as explained here:

Remember to select the "keep my games&apps" option if you don't want to download them again after the reset.
