Xbox one x crashes with specific game.

Hi!

I have this problem when I play Red dead redemption 2, the game freezes after a couple of minutes. The sound is still playing, and if I press the Xbox button everything stops for a second and and the the Xbox beeps and turns itself of. The game worked fine
from November up to March when this started happening. Rockstar support says if the Xbox crashes it has to be something with the Xbox. But it has only ever happened with their game. It started after I installed a patch to the game. I have reinstalled 3 times,
moved it between different drives, cleared cache, reset the Xbox. None of that worked. They won't help me so I'm giving it a try here instead.

I will continue my war with Rockstar then. I know it's something with the game. Because it never happened with any other game.

Hi there OlleEklund,

I am sorry your having issues with this before it crashed did you notice any NPC or horses not arriving when signalling it to, what version of the game do you own digital or physical version?

Try to hard reset your xbox then it should work if it does not work text me back
