    XBox One X crashes while playing NBA 2K18


    For the last week and a half I have been having issues with my console COMPLETELY SHUTTING DOWN while playing NBA 2K18. It tends to happen during cutscenes or when people are talking. Not always, but when it happens, that's when it happens. It was initially
    happening (and still is happening) whenever I try to go to MYCOURT. Console turns off entirely. It has also happened mid game while a couch is talking to his team, as well as post and pre game during scripted events there.

    I have been in contact with 2K's support page for over a week but everything they have suggested has not worked. I spoke with someone from XBox support in chat but nothing he suggested worked either. I am incredibly frustrated right now and I dont know what
    to do. I even recorded a video of it happening. I'm lost. I can't even play MyCAREER anymore.

    I can't get the nba live 18 demo

    You can only download the NBA 2K18 demo on Microsoft’s Xbox One and Sony’s PS4. Other consoles like the Xbox 360 so not have the demo.
