    It's the 3rd time in the last two weeks that I have this issue, and it starts to get me worried. The console is in a well ventilated place and this last time it wasn't even worm, I was watching twitch and the console was cold (so overheating is not the problem).

    I have tried hard reset a couple of times now. I'm thinking about doing a factory reset, I've read on Microsoft forums that this can be a corrupt OS problem.

    Any ideas of what might be the issue? I'm on alpha ring btw.

    I have never heard of this problem before the only thing I can suggest to start with is perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    Not sure at all why that would cause your network to crash.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug the console and let it sit for 5 minutes before starting up again.

    Bad experience with the new update.

    Try to force shut down your xbox. Do this by pressing and holding the power button on the xbox console until it shuts off (about 5-10 seconds). Wait a few minutes before powering up again.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. Then unplug it for 30 seconds. Then hold the Sync button (left side near the USB port on the original Xbox One and just below
    the power button on the S and X consoles) and the Eject button for the console then press the power button and hold until you hear a second start up noise.

    If you are using the Xbox One All Digital console then you only need to hold the Sync button and then press the power button to reset.

    You should now see a new screen. Scroll over to Restart/Reset and reset the console to factory settings. There is an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.
