xbox one x crashes in every Game

Xbox one x every game crashes either straight away or within 10-20mins of playing. called helpline changed loads of settings didn't help, removed the games, downloaded and re-installed games didn't help, hard reset the console didn't help. tried another account to play the games on this console didn't work. tried most of the games on friends consoles worked perfectly fine no issues. tried to contact Microsoft again cold never get through on the phone so I gave up and put the console in the cupboard for over a year went away from Xbox now wanna use it again tried it and its just the same nothing works. the problem is clearly the console not the games or the account.

So what is the problem with my console, does anyone know?

its a total nightmare i just can't use my Xbox its a total waist of time and money

I've looked through thread after thread tried everything suggested nothing works I just can't find a solution. must be a hardware fault but I know Microsoft will probably charge £200+ to repair it even though its not fit for purpose and has never worked.

so stressful.

Given the solutions you've tried to solve the problem, I'm afraid it might be a hardware issue if it was a software issue HARD RESET or FACTORY RESET would have resolved the issue, as normally these issues are caused due to console cache or files corrupted in the system.

Other solutions you could try are the alternatives below.

Solution 1:

Press the Xbox button.
Open Settings.
Go to Network and select Network settings.
Select Advanced settings.
Select Alternate MAC Address.
Select Clear.
Select Restart.

Solution 2:

Try doing an offline update on your console by following the instructions in the article below, please.

There is no extra content for the game I can navigate the menus but when I load up any race the game crashes every time. It does this on the series x only it works fine on Xbox x.

I did it, no good. I also factory reset the XBox twice (I have XBox One X). Every time I start a game it will last past introduction, but as soon as I try to play it will crash. Please help.
