XBOX ONE X Crash black screen

I have a problem Xbox one x crashed on me twice last week and the again last night when playing NFS only way to get XBOX working was to unplug it wait a bit then plug back in power up again works but lost last play save.

I`ve heard there is some faulty XBOX ONE X out there that get hot and crash like mine is doing and MS is recalling them to be fixed.

I don`t know if any one have heard of this?.

Xbox One X Major Crash!

After 2 days my X1X Crashed en restarted during gaming, After the reboot it went well for 2 days. After that there was the Major crash.

The problems after the crash.

- Wont turn on, only hear a xbox bleep sound and turned off. ( serveral times )

- Xbox turns on for 10 sec and turns off.

- Xbox sometimes turn on with black screen and no menus.. And after some minutes it crash again.. and reloop start over!

What i have tried.

- Unplug the Xbox one X from power waited for a minute ( no reaction )

- Put the Xbox one X directly to wall plug.. ( no reaction )

I returned the xbox one X to the store... I will get a new one ( Have to wait because they are out of stock! )

But i want to know is this another launch problem??

 

yeah, it's widespread. Microsoft just hasn't come public yet as they don't know what the cause is.

 

I have been having no end of trouble with my X lately. It crashed on me today while watching a blu ray movie. I restarted and it wouldn't load up any apps or anything. Tried restarting again and just have the black screen now. Can't do anything with it.
