xbox one x controllers keep getting disconnected from my pc while used wirelessly

We understand that you are trying to keep the Xbox controller connected to PC. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

Based on your description, the controller get disconnected every 3 minutes. It is interesting that it keeps disconnecting and could be not a comfy way to play game. In that case, to better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we ask if you are using Xbox Accessories app (Xbox Accessories - Microsoft Store Apps)?
   
2. Do Xbox controller says up-to-date when connected to Xbox Accessories app?
   
3. May we ask if you have external peripherals or devices connected/near the controller and PC?
   
4. When did this issue happen? Was there a recent Windows update or new application installed on your device?
   
5. What troubleshooting you have done so far?

I have had the same issue with Xbox series x since day one just got it did all updates and every minute it disconnects I've waited soong to get this expensive console and a simple connection issue that I have never had with a Xbox before so I'm struggling to understand how Microsoft f'd this up this is unacceptable from a long standing such as yourselves this is the biggest disappointment I've ever experienced in my 39 years of gaming with Xbox glad my PS5 has arrived since their controller stays connected again sooooo disappointed in Xbox almost feel betrayed in so many ways.

Thanks for the reply. Interesting, I did not know that it was "wirelessly" connected while connected to a USB C Data Cord. As soon as I unplug, it stays disconnected (in sync mode the controller also keeps blinking then turns off). If this is right I don't know why I also can't sync any of my other Xbox controllers to the series X unless connected with a cord (works on an One X controller also, stops when unplugged). I don't know why the sync button (blinking) stopped operating all together.

I replaced my batteries and tried to pull and place back in earlier with no luck. I also updated the controller as I set up as new.

The interesting thing is I am able to use the series X controller perfectly on PC wirelessly with windows 10/Xbox PC adapter. I have no problems on PC wireless.
