    Xbox One X Controllers disconnecting


    So all of my controllers (I have 3) are having issues with my new console including the one that came with it. My two Bluetooth controllers are having the same issue, they'll disconnect randomly then seemingly reconnect but don't, the light will be on
    and solid as if they were but the xbox is not registering. Now my elite controller is continuously disconnecting and reconnecting. This makes playing impossible because it'll only be connected for a few seconds at a time. I've tried all of controller disconnecting
    help on the site, I've put fresh batteries in and no change, I've tried connecting it with a usb cable but then it does the same thing as the Bluetooth controllers (light on but no input), I've moved my router as far from the console as I can, I sit about
    six feet from my console at all times, I've power cycled the console multiple times (this does help but only for about an hour), I've completely unplugged it and left it alone for several hours then tried again (again it helped but for only an hour or so),
    I've moved the console to the little table I have next to my chair (less than 2ft from where I sit) and nothing has helped. I had the same issue with my last console right before I traded it in to get this one. I figured it was just getting old and I had the
    extra money so I upgraded, but now I'm thinking it isnt the console but maybe software related, unless I've just got the worst luck.

    Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

    Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

    I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

    I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

    I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.

    I have not suffered with issues of my controllers disconnecting from my Xbox One S or X consoles.

    Thank you for the response but my controller is completely up to date. It actually just happened for the first time again with the xbox one x controller I was using. I think it's built in to the xbox series x/one x/one to stop recording if the controller is disconnected which causes this issue and makes the footage unusable. Not sure if you have a fix for that in particular but if not it seems it will continue to be an issue.
