    Xbox One X Controller Repair


    Hi,

    A service order was created for my xbox one x controller on 5 Aug which is experiencing so called “drifting” problems with the left joystick. However, till date I have yet to receive any call to have it picked up. I have also called my local post service
    number provided by Microsoft’s email and they informed that my order was not in their system. I was told to wait for call but it has been 1 week since that call but I still receive no news. Please help!

    In this case I would recommend for you to contact Live Support so they can assist you further in checking the status of the order, here in the forums we don't have the tools to view this.

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
    no thanks,pick the category(Warranty and Service)and just pick a contact method

    I sent an xbox one x controller to be repaired/exchanged two weeks ago (is still in warranty period), Repair order status shows that you haven't received the device, I have the USPS delivery confirmation, there is no phone or e-mail address that I know how
    to contact you, what is going on? how can I contact you?
