    Xbox One X - Continual Crashing, Games Wont Install, Problem With Cloud Saves


    Seeing as I am unable to get any interaction with customer services, can anyone in here possibly help???

    In the last week my Xbox one x has been playing up big time. Call of Duty Modern Warfare (Disc) has been crashing and not loading textures consistently (All packs installed). I have deleted and reinstalled the full game with no dice. Today it came up
    with a disc read problem too (first time it's done that).

    My FIFA 2020 wont download off the network either, keep stopping and won't resume.

    I've hard reset my console about 20 times, cleared the save game cache, tried hard-wired and wireless internet, removed my external drive (all games are on internal). I have even factory reset my console and no change at all.

    Any help will be appreciated I am genuinely close to throwing the machine out the window.

    Have you tried connecting the console with a LAN cable(if you are on WiFi now)

    This kind off sounds like a HDD starting to fail as well. Do you perhaps have an external HDD to test what happens if the games are on there?

    Also, please make sure your console is well ventilated as heat can cause damage to HDD and other hardware
    Yeah tried both wired and wireless. Makes no difference.

    Think it may be the HDD. Now on external and it is better but I do keep getting installation stopped.

    system. ... On the console, press and hold the Xbox button until the light behind it turns off (about 5 seconds), which means the console is off.

    En la última semana, mi Xbox one x ha estado jugando a lo grande.
    Call of Duty Modern Warfare (Disco) se ha bloqueado y no ha cargado las texturas de forma coherente (todos los paquetes instalados).
    He eliminado y reinstalado el juego completo sin dados. Hoy también surgió un problema de lectura de disco (la primera vez que lo hizo).

    Mi FIFA 2020 tampoco se descargará de la red, sigue deteniéndose y no se reanudará.

    He reiniciado mi consola unas 20 veces, borré la caché de guardar juegos, probé Internet por cable e inalámbrico, quité mi disco externo (todos los juegos están en el interno).
    Incluso he restablecido de fábrica mi consola y ningún cambio en absoluto.

    Cualquier ayuda será apreciada. Estoy realmente cerca de tirar la máquina por la ventana.
