    Xbox One X Constantly Crashes Games


    My xbox one x constantly crashes my games. Whether its 15 minutes of play or 2 hours. It always happens and its ruining any gaming experience I have. Online play is no option because it ends any session when it happens. With this, my xbox one x is slower
    than my other original xbox one. Playing Red Dead Online or Anthem, my Xbox will take 5 minutes to load and the original one will take about 3 on comparison. I'm not sure what's causing my system issues, but factory resetting did nothing, and clearing my cashe
    gives me 2 hours or so before I'm back to constant crashing. I hard set and clear my cashe on average, 3 times a day or more. It's the worst system I've ever had and if I can fix it, I'd like too. Otherwise, I cant in good faith recommend any future xbox to
    anyone. Please help.

    Xbox series x keeps crashing during mid-game while playing destiny 2.

    I also experience frequent crashes in destiny 2 since light falls release on my Xbox series x. The only other game that constantly crashes is starfield. No other game crashes, example: dead by daylight, Diablo 4 or cyberpunk. Seems to be a hardware issue that Microsoft refuses to officially acknowledge.

    Hi there,

    Sometimes this problem happens when the games are installed on an external hard drive, I would recommend re-installing the games or just moving them to the internal drive. Hopefully that would help.

    Hi there,

    Sorry about your problem, I see that you already reset your console and that your games are installed in the device and not in an external drive. I think your last option is

    getting your console serviced     in case you device are still having the same issue.
