    Xbox one X console refuses to turn on


    Hello everyone I have my console on standby mode and it makes a weird sound like electricity noise If I press the button to turn it on the sound gets louder and after a couple of seconds it gets back to stand by mode Has it happened to anyone else? Is there something I can do to fix it? Or I must send the console for repair? Thank you for your time

    What model of One X is it, standard or Scorpio?

    Did it die while you were using it or did it just refuse to turn on?

    I think MS needs to publish some official One X failure figures.

    Your Xbox One X, Xbox One S, or original Xbox One console won't turn on    . Make sure to try plugging it in to a different outlet. If the Xbox refuses to turn back on, head on over to our

    Device Support     page to see what options you might have in terms of a repair. You will be asked to sign in and register the console. Hope this helps

    Xbox One X freezes and shuts down!!

    The causes for this could be a game crash, a failing power supply (in this case the power supply is inside the xbox one x), or a ventilation issue.

    If it's a power supply issue, which this usually is, one day it may refuse to turn on. At that time you will need a repair or you can see this page to see if you can reset your power supply:

    So far Destiny 2, Borderlands 3 and now Youtube app turns my xbox one x off. Typical MS they steal money off you but refuse to fix there there useless xbox live.
