    So I been having problems with my Xbox One X and it all seems internet related. Basically what happens is when the internet load is high I get stuttering in audio and video and then when it gets really bad the controller will dissconnect and my headset will
    too. I don't always use a headset but I notice it gets really bad when I try to stream on mixer also. I have my speeds at 300Mbps down and 20Mbps upload and with speedtests I get pretty close.

    I was wondering if there is a known issue with the network adapter in the xbox one x or something else?

    I have power cycled and reset my modem and router. I have also seperated my 2.4 and 5. into two channels and it does it on both and I even hardwired and still the same.

    Problems I have had are: Choppy audio and video, party chat problems, controller will dissconnect, if I decide to stream its choppy, slow download speeds, get dropped from party chat, recent game The Division 2 I will be just running and my partner will
    be ahead and I run into a invisible wall and enemies will not show up. granted that can be the game, Headset is wireless and will dissconnect and I have a wired headset and that audio will stutter.

    I dont have any other electronics around this xbox and the router is about 10 feet away. I had an xbox one s and never had these problems. Please somebody help.

    I have been having the same issues, bought a new xbox one X and have been losing connection randomly, never lost connection before with the normal xbox one. When I lose connection it will sometimes say Teredo error or upnp connection error. Totally not
    fun, I'm considering buying a new router but if it's the consoles fault I dont know what I'll do. I have already swapped my xbox one X out with another xbox one x from gamestop because I thought the first one was faulty and this did not stop the connection
    issue.

    Why would it only be the one x machine and not the one s ????

    Lets rule out the internet service provider, its an xbox one x issue its pretty obvious.

    All other pcs, gaming consoles and devices connect without issues

    Go to your Xbox network settings. What does your "NAT Type" show?

    Also try running the tests on the right side of the screen (Test network connection, Test multiplayer connection, Test NAT Type, Detailed network statistics), and see if those tests show any problems with your network.
    My network is not the problem. I run multiple devices on it 24/7 Including an older Xbox One Halo 5 Edition. Nat is open 0% Packet Loss (confirmed thru Both Xboxes and CMD on PC.) Latency is ~50. Multiplayer Connection test on the problem box interrupts
    itself frequently. I'm positive at this point it's a Hardware issue.

    I've owned two xbox one Xs and both of them have this problem. Microsoft will not admit to it, or fix it. Its an obvious glitch. My PS4 does not do this. I have a pro and used to have a slim. It's not our internet either. Microsoft needs to own up to this
    error. I'm pretty upset. I've been with xbox since 2004, but this makes me want to just sell my xbox and go strictly PlayStation. We deserve better.
