    Xbox One X - COD Crash


    I'm not able to run Call of Duty Modern Warefare on my Xbox One X without it freezing and completly shutting down my Xbox. My friends I'm playing with (running Xbox One S) are having no problems. Explain to me how a $500 system cannot handle the same games
    a $200 system can. Complete ripoff, Microsoft should be ashamed. I WANT A REFUND.

    There is currently an issue with COD Modern Warfare where it crashes the game, most notable on the One X.

    Developers are aware of the issue and is working on getting it fixed as soon as possible.

    Thanks for the reply, this is helpful to know.

    However, regardless of who's fault it is (developer or Microsoft), Microsoft should be reaching out to their customers regarding these known issues so they're not left scratching their heads wondering what's happening. The game was purchased through the
    Xbox Marketplace, so Microsoft should take responsibility by reaching out to their customers, not the other way around.
    Its been on the status page since launch night
