    I have Recently upgraded to the xbox one x and it seemed to be a mistake i have a seagate external hard drive transfered my games and apps from the last xbox to new now i cant play no games it says i need to clear local saved games i took out the external
    hard drive tried re installing games constantly says installation stopped then once it finally uploaded a game i played it and it was terrible delayed and lagged i have contacted xbox support for 3 days now trying to get help at this point if i cant get help
    imma just sell it and get a ps4 this is crazy to me no one replys help nun

    Gears of war Redscreen/ Reset Xbox one X console. But no help

    For smoe reason I turned on Gears of war ultimate edition. And got red screen . I un plugged my Xbox one X and plugged in. The Xbox one. And it was normal. I plugged the Xbox one X back in, but the redscreen was there. So, i reset the whole Xbox one X and

    Hi,

    as explained here, it seems that this issue comes from an install file so I suggest you clearing out the game cache (clear local saved games):

    Storage

    Clear Local Saved Games

    Yes and Restart

    IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET no progress or purchase data will be lost.

    Could you supply more detail? What is it you're trying to do, and where are you seeing a problem? What exactly is popping up? An error? Are you trying to clear your save data from the internal storage?

    Clearing local saved games

    Clearing local saves may not free up that much space, you're probably better off deleting an unused game.

    Note Delete saved games won't remove saved games in the cloud, and they will be synced the next time you play the game. So you won't actually lose any in-game progress that has already been saved.
