XBOX ONE X choppy audio

All audio fron XBOX ONE X is stuttering/choppy. From the start up screen, to games, to youtube/netflix.

• ive unplugged the power for 30 seconds

• reconnected all of the cables

• i have checked that the audio out setting are set to stereo

i am only using an HDMI cable for audio/video straight into my tv. Ive had this console for about a month, and the audio issues began today.

sorry to hear. Please check at first
"Audio Problems". Sometimes the HDMI Cable suddenly Fails, so can you check another HDMI 2.0 cable and a different HDMI input at your TV? Please check also if the console maybe get yesterday an update? Check also, how is the Sound via Headset?

Im Im haveing problems with my new xbox one x. When u got into party chat everyones sounds choppy ive tryed hard reseting. Ive tryed reseting my router ive tryed changeing audio settings but nothing seems to work pls help

Has anyone found a solution to this? I have gone through three different headsets in the last month and my audio is so choppy when streaming from my xbox to twitch, the audio just isn't clear at all and the audio is so choppy! I have no idea what else I can possible do to make my audio just clear and understandable

Yesterday (12/1/2021), I experienced extremely choppy audio in Warzone. Thinking this may be a wireless issue, I unplugged the XBox Wireless Adapter and used the USB-C port for audio (USB-C to USB-C). Guess what? I still had choppy audio on the Xbox Wireless headset! I switched to an older 3.5 mm headphone, and the audio was fine.

I think switching to a wired headset is a good idea at this point, as the Scruffy Fuzzy said above.
