Xbox One X Case Top

Hello to everyone,

is it normal that the Top of the Xbox one X Case shimmers differently on some spots? some are darker and some are brighter.

I Can see it good when i look to the top of the Case flat from the side.

Directv 4K channels limited to 1080p on Xbox One X

I have a C61K-700 ( not listed correctly in post subcategories)4K mini receiver plugged into my Xbox One X and the two 4K channels only render at 1080p with an error message stating that my TV (My Xbox One X in this case) doesn’t support 4K.

4K games and applications like Netflix render properly.

Are 4K set top boxes not supported??

Does xbox have a hyphen (-) in it?

Right: XBOX.

Take a look at the official logo on the top left by the trade mark "X" symbol,or on the front of your Xbox.

Its only spelt with a lower case "box" when used in script.

Hello ArmenProdromidis, thank you for posting your question. The Xbox One X is the same color and contrast throughout the hardware from top to bottom and on the sides. The Xbox One X does have the tendency to reflect sunlight due to what it's made from
and also the angle you look at the console can affect how one side may shimmer more than the other due to lighting in the room. If you think the console looks unusual or there are cosmetic features based on your judgment then you could set up an exchange for
the Xbox if you contact our support team
here while your Xbox still has warranty. If you have any other questions make sure you make a new thread! Thank you and have a good day!

The One X it's not silent like the 2013 Xbox...it's slightly more rumorous, but you can try to put the console out of there maybe on the top of a shelf and stand it vertical? It's more silent that way but in every case more rumorous than the 2013 Xbox.

They are smaller. They use green blu-ray cases with Xbox One across the top.
