Xbox One X can't log in on Xbox360 Launcher

After I turn on some game made for Xbox 360 on my Xbox One X I can't log in to some accounts, after I choose to download them it is unable to log me to Xbox Live (on Xbox 360 launcher, on other games for Xbox one it works fine). What am I supposed to do
with this? I am just unable to play my Xbox 360 games with my friend while she's logged on her kind a new account on my console.

Still the same, after I turn on Battle Block Theater (or any other Xbox360 game) and try to download other accounts to my Xbox360 system it just CAN'T Connect to Xbox Live, message that it can't connect UPnP is still here. After I troubleshoot connection
it says I'm online.

That did not work. Can't be a problem that Xbox can't find UPnP?

Hey Gr4wp,

Thank you for reaching out. We understand you are having a hard time with the 360 emulator on your Xbox One. I'd like for you to try deleting your 360 profile by launching your 360 game and pressing the "view" and "select" buttons on your controller. This
will bring up the old 360 dashboard which should allow you to access your settings>system>storage>memory unit>profiles, simply look for yours and delete it. Make sure you only delete your profile and not any save data associated with it. Once you try signing
back in, it will start downloading. If you are still unable to sign in, we suggest you wait until our

current service alert is over. Cheers

Try clearing the alternate MAC address on the console itself

try to power cycle your console. Please hold down the power button on the front of the console for approximately 15 seconds until the power light shuts off. Wait about 60 seconds, then power it back on. Be sure you see the green "XBOX ONE" animation loading
screen when you power it back up.
